Food is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is that before entering the place I asked about card payments and they confirmed it is ok. At the time of leaving, one of the cashiers told me to bring cash next time. I was a bit surprised about this.

Nice food and very fast service. Enjoyed the complimentary bread and dips. We ordered the mixed grill for 2 but enough for 3 of us. The meat could have been cooked a little better but other than that we enjoyed it.

Love the place! I’ve been going a few years and I’ve gotta say the atmosphere is very relaxed, the foods great and the shisha is top quality. I normally have fish with salad n rice a few drinks and Shisha costing just over £30 which is amazing value. My only disappointment is their toilets they’re clean but no jug to wash yourself with.

Been to this restaurant quite a few times and my experience was always good.
Very friendly and polite staff.
Good sheesha options with variety of flavors..
Masala tea is must try if you are a tea lover, you normally won't get this taste in Manchester...
There is no minimum order like most other sheesha bars in the area...
And you always end up spending good time...

The restaurant is nice and clean and it's well decorated. The staff are always available and friendly and the food is really good.

Had a wonderful time here, I was here on Saturday 5th March 2022, I received the best hospitality by all the staff and very welcoming and friendly and food was absolutely fresh and delicious. I would like to thank all the staff and the 2 ladies and one guy who went beyond and bought us open heaters outside and charged our phones. I will definitely be coming back as I came from Birmingham to shop at Trafford Centre.
