Stopped by for lunch here before going to take a stadium tour of Old Trafford.We ordered freakshakes, spaghetti with meatballs that came with a side of fries,a cheeseburger and a calzone.The calzone stole the show.The cheeseburger was really well made as well. I am a huge spaghetti person and I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with it being a tad bland. I didn't like the fries too much either,but the rest of the food was really really good and the service was excellent!
Came here about two months back when I was in Manchester but never ended up writing a review so here goes.Three of us ordered freakshakes, spaghetti bolognese, philly cheeseburger and a calzone (new yorker). I love spaghetti and I was fairly happy with the spaghetti bolognese.It was a tiny bit bland but definitely not bad!The side of fries were more on the bland side though.Cheeseburger was really good.Best were the calzone and the freakshakes.Great service too!
You just cant go wrong at Frankie and Bennies whether you go as a couple or a group of ten its brilliant quality food with good staff, not a long wait fpr food and the portions and typical american aha
To rate this restaurant in one sentence would be impossible. It has so many great qualities especially taste. A wide range of dishes with numerous menus from juniors to cocktails. The staff are extremely attracted to the welfare of the customers. I would highly recommend eating there. The only problem I have had is, in some chains, the waiting time for the food which is just below fast.
I like the food here. We had a 10 pound voucher and order a calzone and a meatball pasta. Service is fast and food is good. Its not going to blow your mind but when your hungry it's good. I've been here many time just to get my Italian fix but it's not as good as resturaunt such as Vapiano but will stretch your stomach.
Staff seemed very on the ball. Greeted soon as we walked in, quickly seated. All staff really friendly n keen. Bit pricy without any offer or discount but all the food was really good
I tried it for take aways only.. SO delicious!! Staff was lovely and the service was quick. Tried the veggie calzone and the Californian vegetarian pizza and the vegetarian wrap. All were amazing!
Whether you're looking for gluten free food or not, Frankie & Benny's is great. Their banana split sundae is delicious and they have a selection of gluten free pizzas, pastas, fish and meat based dishes to choose from.
The one in Deansgate is my favourite, as they're tucked away but always provide great service.
Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Food was quick and tasty. Atmosphere was great. Only downside is toilets are freezing!

Friendly but untrained staff, tables unclean, cutlery blinked in centre if tabke in a mass . Terrible service.
Food very poor and cold couldn't eat main meal if spaghetti podmora stodgy bland. Worst meal I've ever had. Brandy coffee was instant coffee with a splash if brandy served in a cup no saucer and a spoon left standing in the like warm Good job the company was 5 star.
Danny Jackson was our waiter tonight and he was brilliant . He was also the barman and server and we were quite late on entering ,about 20 to 9 , as we didn't realise it closed at half 9. He was so friendly and accommodating even letting us order desserts, he was a pleasure to be served by . Hope you give him the recognition he totally deserves, we'll done and thankyou for making our experience fabulous including the food , top marks all round.
Way better than the F&B in printworks in Manchester as this is a nice little small one out of the way from the loud printworks area. Amazing customer service as on a rare time when my food took 40 mins to come and the orders messed up on their end as I think it was a new system they gave me a whole meal for free on the house! I have been here on the other times and all them times are fantastic - speedy service, great food, lovely small eating area and friendly staff. Come here for a proper date! Mac & Cheese pasta is fab and also bacon and cheese burger and their pastas!! Great place.
