Very good coffee shop located on cross street close to Albert Square.very good coffee served by excellent and friendly staff.the place is clean and has outdoor seating.due to steps access might be awkward for wheelchair users.it is also a little on the small size.

A clean, easy place to grab a quick coffee or take a seat for longer. Free WiFi and friendly staff make it a very welcoming place to spend some time and have some good coffee.

It always amazes me how quick the staff are to serve you and provide you with your drink. Even with large queues the staff work very quickly as a team to take your order while in line and serve you quickly. I'm surprised other well-known coffee establishments haven't replicated this.

Bigger than it looks from the street, opens up at the back to a decent amount of space. Reasonably quick service even when there's a queue thanks to the speedy and efficient staff who can take multiple orders at a time. Nice coffee and some of the snacks are great.

I like Nero's coffee, and I love this spot mainly because the outdoor seats which is essential for a smoking coffee lover. And I also need to mention that I choose Nero over Starbucks, because Nero Cafes have a much more reliable internet and most of the times when i sit in a cafe I combine the enjoyment of a great coffee with some online work. With the outdoor seats this cafe is a perfect match for that.

It is what it is what it is: chain coffee house with the standard brand livery, a mix of comfy chairs and outdoor seats on a wide pavement. That said, it has my custom simply because the coffee's always good and it's not (yet) as ubiquitous as Starbucks.
