Great smoothie/drink place in the Arndale shopping centre closest entry is the City Store/Thomas Cook entrance - also the nearest cash point as they don't take cards - you can mix whichever flavours of chocolate/sweets you like, the menu is ENDLESS. Yet I go for the Dave everytime - kinder bueno, ferrero rocher and flake on top. MMMMM. Expensive though hence a star gets knocked off.

I have had to ban myself from going here. The milkshakes are so good that I was going twice a week at one point, and it was just too much. There are some brilliant and inventive flavours available and all are made with the actual chocolate bars (or, god forbid, fruit) that they are named after for that authentic, waistline expanding taste. Get along here and try an After Eight or Ferrero Rocher shake and prepare to have a visit from your spirit animal while chugging it down your neck. The experience is actually that religious. One top tip, though - if you're going to get something with biscuit in (ie. Twix flavour) make sure you get them to blend it up more than standard. Sometimes the biscuit isn't quite blended enough and it is very, very upsetting. Fighting back the tears while walking the hallowed halls of The Arndale isn't a good look.
