Kobeda on Naan Bread , All freshly made. Nice tasting food It was well worth the 10-15 minutes wait. Considering nearly all the seats were taken, that was good. It is better to wait for fresh Naan bread and see your meat being cooked on the grill or cut off a chicken or Lamb Kebab. Then go to a bog standard Burger Fast food place . AND THEY EXCEPT PAYMENT BY CARDS 👍.

I must say, I have a genuine fondness for this restaurant! The food is simply marvellous, and the people there are ever so pleasant. Despite not having the means to afford a car or Uber Eats deliveries, I am more than happy to embark on a leisurely walk from Prestwich Village just to savour their scrumptious lamb cosy.

Although parking can be tricky, just round the corner to the restaurant, there is ample space in the car park, which is free. Having gone to Cheetham Star for over a decade, their selection of food is plentiful. Their food is made fresh, tasty, and absolutely delicious with a variety of options for people with dietary requirements. The staff are super friendly, patient, and mindful of anyone with health issues. There are toilet facilities, and I'm sure if you asked, they would find you somewhere to pray. It is just a warm and beautiful atmosphere and well recommended to everyone. Keeping you all in our prayers. Ameen

Can be a pain to get parked/seated. I usually park in tesco and walk down. Very busy environment. Might have to wait for a table to free up. Food is fresh, hot and tasty. Plenty of variety. I usually get chicken cozy and the lamb pizza thing in the picture. Recommended if you are stuck for places to eat around cheetamhil.

It’s good Yano. Prices have gone up a little bit but that’s with cost of living… they also have started to take card payments. Great salad with hummus, the chicken is amazing. The only downside is the nan bread. Turns to a frisbee if you leave it out over a minute. The rice is good. I did enjoy my meal !

Fantastic fantastic food! Mouth-watering, well flavoured, fresh.. spices used are simply perfect. I think you should consider opening as comfortable restaurant, as every dish is simply perfect. I stumbled across this restaurant in hurricane style rain one night, and tried the spicy lamb fataya.. it was amazing, I ended up eating them all week. I tried the shawarma, the roast chicken with tomatoes and onions.. a few more dishes I forgot the names of.. everything was simply divine. Highly recommend, don't eat anywhere else, there is no need! Service wise, it would be great to have a staff training day on customers with allergens. My daughter has a severe dairy allergy, we were told by several people the food was dairy free, but then told by one of the chefs who over heard us, that it contains Yogurt, luckily she hadn't had any food, but it could have been bad if she had. Atmosphere wise, the floor is a shiny smooth tile, not great for all for the water that pools, when people are entering in from the rain, its slippery and muddy, and feels very dangerous. I suggest using a mat or a better type of flooring? The other issue I had was the room is completely congested with tables and chairs, its really not great.
