The best place where you can find in Manchester, the staff is so friendly and lovely. The consumer service is good and I loved the play area because children can enjoy playing and eating the best ice cream. Also you can choose many desserts, the menu is so big! You can spend a good time with your family as a couple. Definitely I will go again! �����

I love to visit Creams with my daughter not only for the choice of icecreams or the strawberry chocolate waffel but the place has a just reopened playing area for kids from age 2-10. There' s £3 fee what is reasonable as people used to take their kids there without ordering anything. A good choice of cakes and wide range of icecreams are served. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is available on the Tesco site.
Today we visited Cream's to celebrate my birthday. I mentioned the reason of out visit when I ordered my 5 scoop icecream treat and the person who served us put a candle on the top of my dessert and sang happy birthday 🎈🎉🎂

Amazing waffles! Staff very friendly and helpful
Went this Saturday the staff are really nice and friendly. Had a waffle was a little under cooked and the ice cream scoop was way too small comparing to the waffle over all. Would give the food 3 stars and a Half but the staff and place compensated the dessert. 👍👍
Went with the family, desserts were very nice, but I would say the chocolate fudge cake slice was slightly too small for the price paid and not enough chocolate on the waffle otherwise would of been 5 star. Other than that, kids loved the play area, really nice customer service by Salome as well, she needs a raise. Have been before and will come again soon.
3.9.23 - went again, this time it was quite warm outside so we got the ice cream sundaes, brilliant, very enjoyable, great service, as always kids loved the play area, just need some parents to control their kids 😅.
First time coming & the food was 10 out of 10! Service was amazing and very reasonable priced. 7 of us ate and it came to a little under £40! We've all stuffed and happy 😊
Decent ice cream parlour, decor is nice and classy. Food quality is good. They have a children's play area which is £3 cash only where ages 3 to 9 can play. Overall a enjoyable place to take the kids.
Went here with a family of 20+, arrived 20 minutes before closing time so staff had already started to clean up ready for closing, the staff had amazing customer service skills, and were very quick in taking our multiple separate orders and delivering the food out to our tables, even though we had kids in our family running riot jumping from one table to another, they handled that really well. The kids even spilt a milkshake, but the staff were soo understanding and did not make a fuss at all about cleaning it up for us. The manager Sarah was the nicest, most sweetest host and made sure everyone had their correct order and that we were more than satisfied with our desserts, which we were. Brilliant place for big families with kids. Definitely a place we will be coming back to. Great hospitality, friendly faces and yummiest desserts!

Oreo overload Sundee is so delicious and sweet I loved the taste. The staff is so nice and friendly. Excellent service. I am definitely coming back again.

Not been in for a while, felt like a nice hot dessert and didn’t want to trek too far. Was very quite, kids play area was closed but we still went in.
We ordered apple pie with custard, mint tea, chocolate waffles, strawberry ice cream and warm chocolate fudge dessert with ice cream.
I can honestly say this was the best dessert we’ve all had in a while. The prices are slightly higher than most places. We paid £32 in total.
Would like to see it get busy again as it’s a great place to hang out with friends and family.
