Texas Roadhouse

We checked in on our way there which was helpful. Our quoted wait was the approximate wait time, which was nice to cut off 10-20 minutes of waiting at the restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and I had zero complaints about our service until the end. We got salads which comes out before your meal and so so delicious as a side option. I got the loaded mashed potatoes and was not impressed that all the “chunks” of potato were rotten. I took the time to pick them out, the rest of the potatoes were delicious. We got our salads and entrees within 2 minutes of each other. Just as I was starting on my entree our waitress came back and dropped our check and said no rush. I guess we don’t want dessert then, but would have loved to be asked….. While I was still actively cutting eating and chewing she came back again and asked if we wanted to go boxes. No thank you. Still actively eating, but trying to get prepared to pay since at this point we were feeling rushed (just under the hour mark, no one visibly waiting for a table.) while I’m eating and we’re getting cash out she comes back again and asked if we needed change. Nope. We didn’t need change, we weren’t alerting we needed change or looking around like we were looking for someone to get us change. I literally grabbed the last two ounces of my steak in my hand and walked out the door because my boyfriend was so uncomfortable with being rushed. My filet was good, although cooked to three different temps. I get that medium well is hard, but I hate when my steak is cut in half to cook it faster. Overall… Texas Roadhouse is worth it for the salad and the rolls/butter. But this wasn’t our best experience.

It’s been a while since we’ve been into Texas Roadhouse. But my husband and I decided to give it a go on Saturday night. I’m not much of a review writer but we were really happy that we gave this place a try because the food and service couldn’t have been any better! We got there around dinner time and the wait was long but we were able to snag some seats at the bar. Our bartenders Angela and Megan were phenomenal! They were so friendly and kept us entertained and laughing. The food and drinks were great and it was just a really fun experience. The food did take a bit to arrive, but not anything over the top. It’s also understandable for a Saturday night. We will definitely be back again soon! Thank you!

My favorite Texas Roadhouses I have ever been to! 30 minute wait time, but well worth the wait. Food came out quickly, well seasoned, and hot. Our waitress Chandra (? Sorry about the spelling) was the best. She was very attentive and offered great food and drink suggestions; she made the dining experience worth wild.

Food and service was amazing. The sirloin steak I had was seasoned perfectly and melts in your mouth. So tender. They gave us samples of the mash potatoes, corn, stringbeans, and sauteed mushrooms and onion. 😋 So good! There rolls and special blend in there butter tasted so good, tasted like a blend of light brown sugar. I myself like just plain old butter but it was different and fun to eat. I can't wait to go back. So happy there's a Texas Roadhouse here in Manchester N.H.

Update: I was contacted by the manager of the business who listened to my concern. I was contacted less than 24 hours, too. She is going to use this feedback for training. In these times it's hard to find staff and people that want to work. After speaking to her, I feel much better and believe that maybe it might have been someone new that was learning. This doesn't stop me from trying again as I appreciate them. I appreciate her taking the time to reach out and make it better. Changing from a 4-star to a 5 for outstanding customer service. I love that they care about their customers. I was NOT asked to change my review , and I am solely doing this on my personal experience. Original 4-star review: I went there for the blooming onion and rolls. I have ordered the blooming onion a few times now. It can be good or okay, depending on the person making it. I wish they had clear instructions on where to pick up your food. It depends on how your order is placed and how you pick it up. Online pick-up is through the door on a rack. Phone in orders are at the pick-up location. They also don't offer curbside pick up as well.

Well run and the food is ALWAYS good. There's honestly little reason to go anywhere else for steak. Every once in awhile I think it might be a good idea to go elsewhere and "try something new" and I always regret it. True story... had a comped $375 meal at Encore casino at Rare Steakhouse over the weekend and the conversation at the dinner table was how much "better" Texas Roadhouse was. Sitting at a free $375 meal wishing we could be paying for a meal at Texas Roadhouse instead. Can't beat the quality for the cost here. As a huge plus, the staff here are amazing! Peter and Lexie stand out as top notch and make every visit enjoyable.
