Greatscapes by R&R Landscaping, Inc. installed outdoor firepits and outdoor kitchens for many clients in 2021. To thank them for their business, we created gourmet s’mores and outdoor entertaining gift baskets using Van Otis products. We included your premium milk plain chocolate bars, premium dark plain chocolate bars, classic hot cocoa, chocolate covered Van Oreos, Evangeline’s seaside kettle corn, and jumbo cashews in out gift basket. Our customers were delighted and enjoyed the goodies sitting around their fire pits and outdoor kitchens. Once the order was placed, it was delivered quickly and accurately, without any problems at all. Packaging was great. Greatscapes by R&R Landscaping, Inc. would recommend Van Otis to anyone looking for delicious products and great customer service!

Great place. extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to be patient and teach. Came from out of town and learned a lot about Swiss fudge and chocolate. They're chocolates filled with alcohol are outstanding and delicious. Came in here to look around and left with $60 worth of yummy goodness. Wish I lived closer would come here more often!

Not sure if you started having a new employee pack up the swiss fudge, but holy moly was it horribly packaged this last time around. My grandmothers favorite is the swiss fudge and she was shocked at how it was just thrown together. The fudge squares are barely actual squares of fudge and it looks like it was literally just thrown into the box. I got a box for my aunt as well and it was the same poor packaging. Maybe you guys should talk to whoever you have doing the swiss fudge in that kitchen back there because they're apparently have a hard time with quality control as of late. There was a very pleasant person handling everything up front though. Minus 5 stars for poorly packaged fudge disappointing the family members who love it most, but the customer service was excellent so add back 2 stars for that. I don't expect any compensation, we ate the fudge, but I'd definitely talk to whoever is doing it about presentation. Especially when you're a high end chocolate shop.
