Super friendly staff! The steak dumplings were to die for. Wish they had a little more of a selection. I also noticed that a a lot of their dishes had mushrooms in them. And I never thought to ask if they were able to customize the dishes... I have a feeling that they would. They also serve alcohol. Street parking. Not a lot of seating, but a sparse dining room. Enjoyed the decor! Wish they served bubble tea...........

My boyfriend and I decided to try this new eatery out since our most favorite one had closed. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere, and we were each thoroughly satisfied with our dishes. I had the veggie stir fry, and when I asked if they could leave the mushrooms out (just not a big fan of mushrooms) they were more than happy to oblige. Service was prompt, staff were friendly, establishment was clean. We will be back I am sure.

This was a delicious bowl of Ramen and the broth was so incredibly rich and flavorful. I could eat those pieces of pork belly all by themselves in that broth and be just as happy. Only complaint is I really wish they made their own noodles! The manager of the restaurant was a total sweetheart though and super friendly to chat with. Definitely recommend trying them out.

It's not very often you find places that pop up and are instantly famous and worth the hype. Noodz defies that standard by being better than every great review. The atmosphere is relaxed, playing classic 90's/Early 2000's hits on the speakers, with some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. You feel more like you are at a friends house than at a restaurant and it's refreshing. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Within our group we had ordered the Steak & Cheese Potstickers, Honey Chicken Wings, Pork Money Bags, a side of Katsu chicken, Korean BBQ Pulled Pork Bao Buns, and the Pork Tonkatsu Ramen. We were not expecting the portions as we all had to take some food home. The plating is beautiful, as you will see in the attached photos, and the helpings are worth every penny. With that being said, the pricing is a bit high, but don't let this deter you from this wonderful experience. As with anything of high quality, you get what you pay for and it is well worth the payment. The stand out appetizers were the Honey Chicken Wings and the Pork Money Bags, the latter being a special so it may not always be there. The sweet chili sauce with the Pork Money Bags was the best sweet chili I've ever had, starting with an overly sweet kick, akin to that of a sweet and sour sauce, but slowly creeping in to a nice heat. And the Tonkatsu broth with the ramen was dark and not white and cloudy, which had me worried, until I tasted it. The flavor is amazing and most fans of ramen know how often hot sauce is added to give it more flavor. This broth was perfect, nothing needed to enjoy. Suggestions for future improvements would be a Tonkatsu sauce for the Katsu chicken, a Bulgogi burrito since they are adapting Korean and Japanese cuisine already, and that's it. Not a single complaint. Perfect customer service, wonderful atmosphere, and food that deserves its own food network special. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Incredibly glad we finally have solid ramen shop in Southern NH. Thier pork was to die for. Their chicken katsu bun was 👌. Quick and friendly service. Top notch music. The noodles themselves weren't much to write home about, but overall still a really solid experience. So go share some Noodz with a special someone. Now open til 2am on weekend so you can satisfy those after midnight cravings for Noodz.

Amazing staff and the food is 10/10. You can't find ramen this good unless you're in Boston. The only thing I wish is that they would marinate their eggs!

We got the smokey pork ramen and the Korean BBQ pulled brisket bao buns with kewpie mayo fries and everything was beyond fantastic. The fries alone are a reason to come here. The ramen came loaded with ingredients and the buns made my taste buds dance. My wife and I will be back for sure!

Walked in, greeted with a fresh modern layout and vibe. Staff were super chill, and funny. Food came out faster than I anticipated. That beef brisket, I nearly died it was so good. It is pricier than I would have expected but you know I'll pay a bit more for a ramen bowl this good. Very pleased and happy that this place exists. Looking forward to going again in the very near future.
