Don't waste your money here. This location wouldn't know a hot and steamy Krystal if it hit them in the face. I ordered some Krystals with no mustard thinking they would be made fresh. It was if the burgers came out the refrigerator. Cold and buns were hard. If I hadn't of already got back on the interstate I would have went back and through the whole thing in their face.. Response to owner..I received your reply. I tried to go on the link you provided but it says website unavailable so there you have that.. Look at all the bad reviews you have. I'll NEVER spend money at that Krystal again.

Thursday, June 2 my boss and I wanted some cheeseburgers for lunch. She orders hers mayo, onions and cheese. I told her I would get the same. She goes to the drive thru in Manchester and comes back with the food. We both start eating the first one and I said "these are good, but I thought you ordered them with cheese"? She calls and explains the situation to Robert. Robert told her he would make us more the right way at no charge and bring them to us. We work very close to Krystals. She told him he didn't have to do that, but he insisted. Not even 10 minutes later Robert was walking thru the door with our right order. Told us to keep the others and enjoy. All together the food ended up feeding four people. Thanks for going above and beyond Robert!!

I have been to my share of Krystal restaurants over the years and this is by far the cleanest I have ever been in... actually this may be the cleanest fast food restaurant that I have ever seen. We walked in to the restaurant, while an employee was cleaning the door windows, there was no trash on the floor, all the tables were clean with the chairs pushed up. A vase of flowers was positioned in the center of each table. The drink and condiment station was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were just as clean as the rest of the restaurant... We were greeted at the front counter by an extremely nice employee who took our order and another equally pleasant employee brought it out to us once it was ready. While we ordered we were able to look into the kitchen and noticed it was as clean as the rest of the restaurant. The food was hot and tasted great. As we were leaving, we noticed that even the parking lot was clean, no trash anywhere and it looked like it had just been swept. I have no idea who is managing this Krystal, but you and your employees are doing an extremely great job. Keep up the great work. In my opinion this Krystal sets the bar very high. We visited this Krystal last year when we took our son to UTC, it was as clean then as it is now. It is also nice to see that the food quality is just as good today as it was then. Nice job, keep up the great work.

This is the worst Krystal I’ve ever been to. I never leave reviews, like, ever lol. But this place was so disappointing. The bread was literally wet, the hamburger Pattie’s looked like they were boiled or something they were so gray. I love onions and all things fast food and even still, the smushed up surplus of onions mashed into the cold cheese just really sealed the deal for us. The only thing worth eating was the fries. Absolutely sad how far off this Krystal was from any other Krystal that I’m used to, and it was $27 by the end of everything for horrible food. I have never been served a wet burger.. it was almost like eating dough with mush in the middle. I strongly advise to not go here… it was terrible. And no- I don’t have some vendetta against the place, no one angered me, it genuinely just was not pleasant to bite into after traveling as far as we have and finally getting to settle in for dinner for the night. Major, major let down.

My brother and I went through the drive thru, the employees were extremely nice. Food was hot and delicious! We went to the gas station next to it without realizing we forgot our chili cheese pups. Luckily, the young lady at the drive thru brought them over to us. I hope those employees find this because we can’t thank them enough for it. SiblingRoadTrip2022
