1 ice coffee, regular with liquid sugar. Not too difficult, right?
It's got regular sugar congealed on the bottom, hasn't been shaken to mix it (always important, in a moving vehicle.) Coffee drops on the top and no napkins. Lovely. Then I tasted it and it was gross.
I ended up just hopping back on the highway and going to the one on Hanover St which was delicious and done correctly including adding a sticker and repeating my order back to me so I know they got it. Thumbs up, Hanover St.
Why Brown Ave? Why do you take orders and make whatever you want instead?

Read all the reviews from past experiences there. My experience was perfect, they were very helpful and courteous. Very friendly staff keep up the good work. Dunkin donuts is NOT a fast food business. It's always been a coffee shop!!! Service was flawless.

Am usually very patient on waiting but today at 6:67 AM I order my self a coffee and my son a wake up wrap and hash browns and it took them 15 minutes to make all that. Knowing that there was four of them in there standing around talking an not working. There is no excuse for that. I work in the food industry an I would never do that. An the time before that my son wrap had hair in it I know that stuff happens but that is disgusting an should have your hair up. Am going to start going somewhere else. Not happy with the service. 😡

Been living in this city for almost 2 years, and this dunks has not ONCE ever made my order right. Today I asked for a large hot mocha, extra extra, with an espresso shot. Got a large iced with no espresso. They always charge me for espresso but never give it to me, it literally has a taste. I can tell if it's there or not and they never give it to me. This was my last time going to them they need new management. Never stir or mix any drinks they make, never make them correctly, don't go to this one.

Simple order, said it slowly, had it repeated back. Left, took a sip (my mistake for not trying it before leaving the drive thru), coffee not tea. Went back, reordered, still wrong, same mistake. Went through a third time, almost right, but got sugar, not Equal. Went through a final time, was told this was the last time they would fix this. I asked for the owner and manager's name, was told she didn't have that information. Sad when you don't know the manager at least. I was also told that it wasn't sugar, yet it was crystalized and sitting at the bottom of the cup. (See picture, you tell me. Plus, I know Equal isn't crystals.) An older lady handed me the iced tea, still not right. One final attempt, got it right. They offered no apologies. Just a lot of attitude. Unacceptable. Also, no masks or gloves at the window, or when I was handed the cup by the person that remade it the final time. Looking in, I didn't see anyone with a mask on.

They were too busy talking to make sure the order was correct. I don’t care if they’re chatting but if you can’t talk and do your job correctly, you’re getting paid to work. I ordered a latte and got a regular coffee - it was someone else’s. Also got a small iced coffee and it was burnt coffee.

Not sure the kid wears a name tag, probably because he’s incredibly rude so excuse my explanation of who I’m talking about, in no way trying to be offensive. The overly dramatic African American male that typically “takes orders” but does not allow people to finish talking, has been INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional every single time, without fail, that I have gone to this dunks. He always throws his hands up, & cops a major attitude at customers when their orders are incorrect because he does not allow to finish their specifications on their orders. He is insanely inconvenienced by any special requests, you will not receive any special anything if he takes your order. Instead, when you reiterate at the window, he’s going to scoff & talk bad about you to the person working the window while they try to fix his wrong doing. He has been kicked out of the window multiple times due to the way he speaks to / about me while I am sitting there. I am shocked they have not gotten rid of him. I will post a review on his attitude every time going forward. Get rid of your trash Dunkin!!!

Most of them are nice but it literally takes a ridiculously long amount of time to get any food at all ALWAYS. You know you feel bad because everywhere is understaffed but you go inside and spend 15 minutes watching your food be made and see that someone else should be in that station. She just does not move fast at all
