Ordered a super which is suppose to be extra everything but it wasn’t, I got the same thing just got charged extra and I asked for the house oil and I didn’t even get that, I’ve been there before and service was great but nowadays it hasn’t been a good experience whenever I pop in

This is a solid little Italian Sub Shop. Friendly customer service. The sub rolls always taste amazing, great pastrami, always worth stopping in for a quick bite.

Depending of which location depends on how it tastes. Portsmouth by far is a 10 Concord Is always the worst ,not enough veggies ,not the right texture for the bread . Manchester is usually good but the peppers were sliced too thick the last couple of times I was there.

She made me the wrong sandwich, and said I couldn't eat my 6' sub there, because she was closing in 15 minutes. Rude customer service.

I was at this store at 250 pm on 8/7/21. The lady working was rude and grumpy to the 2 guys before me [one in a wheelchair]. I then stepped up to order 4 subs. As she was writing down the info, I told her that with one original Moe's sub, I wanted all the black olives on one half, and not the other, as I was splitting it with someone who doesn't eat them. She then told me that "that's not how we do things here" I told her it's not that difficult. You go half way, stop and go back. There's nothing extra that I'm getting.She then said"then you get no olives.' It went downhill from there. I left and went to a sub shop in Hooksett for a pleasant experience.I also had an unpleasant visit with a guy at Moe's on another Saturday.I don't think that I will return, but that lady[?] can sure swear with the best of them. Hours posted online don't match up with the actual hours of the store. Asked for a meatball sub and the lady behind the counter with the worst attitude said, " We don't have any meatballs". Avoid this place, there are so many better places to eat on Elm St.

Great sandwiches and even better service! We came in this afternoon and Matt welcomed us with a smile and some delicious subs! Highly recommend this spot!
