Theos On Elm

Leaving one star based solely on the customer service, this is the 2nd time that I have received an order that was incorrect and had an issue getting it fixed - 1st time I called and was told by the ever so nice (sarcasm) owner "that's what happens when you employ heroin addicts" and did not fix the order and then we have today where I called and wanted my order fixed and the owner bitched in the background after he passed the phone off to another employee saying I could pay for another one and trying to tell me it was not ordered correctly. He does not care about his customers or how he treats them and if that is the case maybe you should stay away from answering the phone - I have included a picture of my order and of what I received

Had breakfast there today very disappointed today. I had poached eggs way over cooked, I asked for soft, had them recooked 2 more , deep fried potatoes taste like Grease,couldn't finish them they tasted like old boiled potatoes dropped in grease. very disappointed today, go there often, second time this happens. Service is excellent, very clean.

The food is generally good. The soups are great. I was ordering delivery every other day for few weeks straight. I would get 2 quarts of soup and a sub and/or a chicken tender meal. A few days ago I called up and asked if they had one of my 2 fav soups. They did so I was excited. I asked for delivery. The response from the self proclaimed manager was "not just for soup" very rudely. Now I have never ordered there for less then 25+ but she automatically assumed that soup would be all I got. I replied with are you serious I have been ordering soup for last 2-3 weeks 4-5 times a week. I asked for manager and I got a ya that's me response. My wife called back a few min later asking to speak with owner or to leave a message for them to call back but still no response or call back......very disappointed. They lost a very good customer. For them and delivery driver, I always tipped atleast 5+.

Great spot located right on Elm Street in Manchester. The food is consistently good. They have a large menu, with lots of Greek Specialties. The Spinach Pita is out of this world. The portions are good sized and fairly priced. They also have a large board of daily specials, as well as a lunch specials menu. There is a bar with Tv's, as well as an outside patio area, which is nice during spring and summer. The staff is really nice and super attentive. Great Value for the money!

Been enjoying Theo's long before it was Theo's, and thru the years it has never let us down. UPDATE: The Quality of the food served is rapidly falling to the wayside, myself and several other patrons I've spoken to all agree that the freshness , and quality of the kitchen is failing quickly.... I am going to revoke my recommendation, for the time being. I don't like to do so, at an eatery that has been a staple in my family's dining out, for decades. UPDATE 5/8/18.. THINGS ARE BACK TO A POINT WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO BUMP MY RATING UP FROM IT'S CURRENT 2 STAR TO A 4 STAR. THE WHOLE Experience HAS IMPROVED GREATLY AND ARE RECOMMENDING ' Theo's on Elm' as a great place to enjoy your favorite meal
