Very good place and very cheap. You know a Chinese place is good when the public area is smaller than a jail cell with only one table. Friendly older couple who run it, so you know the food is consistent. The all day specials are huge for a good price. I've had other places, but I'll gladly take Great Wall over anything in Manchester

Affordable no frills Chinese food with generous portions. The food is fresh and the owners are very friendly. It's the best deal for the money and the food is comfortable. It's a hole in the wall, but don't be put off by the decor (or lack thereof). Highly recommended.

They have a huge following on the west side for just one reason: the food is great and plentifull. O.K. two reasons then.
Take out only! Ugly inside but your not eating there anyway, you're there for the great food.
Also, I very much admire the friendly family with such an amazing work ethic.

Wonderful older couple in this hole in the wall restaurant. This is actual Chinese food the way they made it at home. They were open during the snow storm on 3/14/17 even though every other Chinese restaurant closed. My wife and I thank-you for your hospitality and great food, customer for ever <3 :-) love Mr & Mrs Turner

No frills basic chinese food but it's so cheap and actually pretty good. As for the complaints on rudeness I thought the old couple were extremely pleasant!!! I feel good supporting them too!

I have been eating there for 15 yrs and I have tried all around manchester for good Chinese food this place is by far the best place. Very nice people. And great prices. Everywhere else is way too expensive and the food sucks ..... great Wall has good food for great prices. I have moved all over manchester in 15 yrs n they always delivered to me no matter where. I was. I love great wall!!!

Since everyone has different opinions. I'm going to state mines. The man is so rude and so disrespectful. I was trying to speak to him and ask him about his dinner plate and which oil he uses because I'm allergic to certain things and this was my first time ordering. He hung up on me!! And when I called back he decided to yell at me ! Horrible costumer service.

UPDATE: UNFORTUNATELY THEY CLOSED. Best chicken fingers and duck sauce around. Its like chicken wrapped in a delicious crispy doughnut which you dip in an exquisitely sweet duck sauce. Yum.
