Taco Bell

Staff seemed friendly that is all I can give that's worth a single star. Waited over 1 hour in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order I placed 15 minutes before arrival. Finally got my food and went home just to find a piece of blue rubber glove mixed in with the lettuce in my taco. Super disappointed, wanted to leave feedback but the receipt was missing all info linking it back to this location and lacked the code to leave feedback as advertised all over the back of the receipt. Wish I could have left a better review but man, an hour for 2 tacos, a burrito, cinnamon twists and a side of rubber glove ...

Ordered via app. Went to pick up after waiting in drive through. Was told they did not have the order. I drove to the window and showed the girl the order and the fact that it said ready for pick up. She said she'd start making the order for me. Then the manager Paula came to window. Told me the order wasn't in the "system" and they weren't going to make it. Wait what??? I showed her the app and my phone and the fact that the order showed PAID and Ready For Pick Up. Again she tells me that it isn't in her "SYSTEM." I get out of vehicle. Walk on to counter. Paula argues more with me while trying to give me a lesson about the taco bell app. I ask her if that is my order on the counter. IT IS!!! She continues to lecture me about how the app works or doesn't work. All the while it WAS/IS in her system. My food continues to get colder. I finally get the food. No Apologies!! Get home and call Taco Bell. They refund me the total order cost and try to make Apologies. Terrible Taco Bell location but with a manager like Paula that should be expected?

Usually this place is awesome. Tonight I spent a half hour in the drive through. Almost all of it waiting on one car stuck in place. When it was my turn multiple things wrong with the order, and they guy couldn't figure it out. It shouldn't take 5 minutes more to pour a diet coke that was missing or another few minutes to get the cinnimon twists missing. It was horrible.

I normally don't mind if it's busy here or takes a bit for my order. But tonight I walked in instead of drive thru and although I was acknowledged by a staff who announced my presence to the rest, there were 3-4 staff "hanging out" at the window just chatting. They'd made eye contact with me yet continued to just chat. I could even hear them begin talking about how they have a QR code on the new shirts and how to ring it up, but seemed to be purposely ignoring me. Eventually at least 5 minutes later, a cook started telling them how they need to move if they're going to gab because doordashers will take pics of them slacking if they're by the window and patrons are already getting upset (it was a full line outside). Eventually a cook came to take my order after the chatters disappeared. The same service was given to a guy who came in after me waiting to be served as I waited for my order. The guy who took my order was friendly and efficient, and same to the lady who gave me my food. But I'd rather go back to the guy who couldn't take an order correctly than to be flat out ignored by three staff who don't want to work.

I ordered 2 beef crunchy tacos with no cheese and only lettuce at 10pm (the close at 1am), with Uber Eats, and also order a 5 layer beef burrito with No Sour Cream. I got both crunchy tacos with sour cream and the 5 layer, so I tried calling them and noone answered until the 4th time I called back and I asked for the manager, I started to tell her my story, very nicely I might add, and she hung up the phone! So I called back to a phone that just kept ringing until it was hung up on again! This is NOT the way to do business! I worked at fast food places until I got my first office job in my early 20s and my manager was strict about accuracy and timeliness. Haste makes waste, as they say, so what's the sense of ordering off your just not going to get it right and lost your customers?!

Always making stuff wrong. Today I went and they are only taking debit and credit because they don't have change. The girl on the speaker sounded like she wanted to jump off a bridge. There's obviously not a responsible person that works there and you guys still having your doors closed in the front is absolutely ridiculous it's been 3 years now. Taco Bell is almost as bad as KFC and that's pathetic
