Seriously, a smile and a friendly attitude goes a long way. I get its NH and bad attitudes come natural.. But really.. It's in a hospital just try to be nice.
Also. They manage to mess up my order at least twice a week.

This is literally the worst Dunkin in Manchester. I go there 4 to 5 times a week because it's the closest one to my place. I swear they don't even get my coffee right half the time. I've had to go back countless times to have them fix it. On top of that it always takes at least 15 minutes to get my order. It takes even longer when they are busy(this I don't mind so much).

Glad to see the Pumpkin flavors and Fall flavors back the customer service here is awesome and the place is very clean. The place is always stocked with Fresh items and they never run out.

I personally think every dunkins is pretty good. For me it's not really the people it's more the brand and flavor. Not saying they don't have nice people working there.

What can I say it's Dunkin' Donuts. They know me as Coconut Man. Every 10 days or so I get a box of Joe with a double shot of coconut. I call ahead and just say it's Coconut Man. The staff are always friendly, pleasant, courteous, etc. I give the an A+
