Called from out of state regarding what might be able to be done last minute for a cousin, lives local, ice cream addict, whose birthday is 2/2/21...oh my lousy memory . Spoke with Lauren, manager, 10pm,, friendly and informative. Really good customer service. This was during the recent nor / eastern storm. Going for the on line gift certificate... Thanks🎂

Eh. Service pretty good. Food okay but cold. Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket and it was more like 2 and 2 1/2s.
I will say I like this DQ better than the one in South Windsor. They make my ice cream cones the way I like them!

Excellent location with clean and respectful staff. They are quick, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The ice cream is awesome and I reccomend it to anyone.

Service was surprisingly fast for how busy I could tell they were. Did give me the wrong order at drive through but when I came back Inside the girl had already realized it was a mistake and gave us the correct order. She was so sweet through the whole process I wasn’t even mad that the order got mixed up. Great customer service, and of coarse always great food.

Been here thousands of times. Tonight was not my night.
I'm second in line, no visible cars at the drive through. Almost 6 minutes waiting and none of the employees make eye contact, say hi, be right with you, nothing. Finally walked out empty handed.
Sorry Dave. Your crew stunk it up tonight.
