I come to this Dunkin’ very often and ask for a small French Vanilla iced coffee, that is, a simple iced coffee with 2 shots of FRENCH VANILLA. Every single time, they give me 2 shots of VANILLA, not French Vanilla. There is a big difference in taste and I don’t understand why they don’t give me what I ask for- Do they not have French Vanilla or something? I seriously cannot fathom, but I hope they read this and fix their consistent mistakes. Please give customers what they ask for, we’re PAYING you and expect our orders to be correct. Thank you.

Worst Dunkin' drive thru service. Waited 10 mins for a pumpkin spice latte in parking lot and still nothing. When i went back, they said they forgot. lack of customer service in a service business.

I have never been treated so rudely by not only the front cashier or the manager/shift leader. We came through the drive through and asked if they could please put full pumps of Caramel Swirl. Just a simple request because it changes the flavor. Still made wrong so I went inside to get a remake and was given attitude about having my coffee remade. Accused me of coming from another dunkin when the time stamp was only a couple minutes. Will not be back to this Dunkin.

I've never liked going to the dunkin. My coffee is always wrong and the employees are always very rude. The only reason I went back was to get a bottle of juice and the drive thru line was super slow.
