I think I'm done with Wendy's unless I get a Frosty. Food quality is way down and I can never get an order done correctly. Person at counter was super nice and literally took our order 3 times so I figured it would come as requested. Nope. Neither burger came out right. The buns were dry and the meat was room temp and tasted like cardboard.

Best fries I've gotten from Wendy's in a long time. It's been a long time also since a request for " no cheese" on a burger was done correctly.
Also the fella Patrick, that took our order was very professional, paid attention to my order, and got my food to me as soon as possible.
Definitely would like that crew to work in my hometown area!

Very slow and terrible service. It took me 30 minutes to get the salad. A queue of 10 people formed, but the guy behind the cash register was one guy, I think an intern, and he couldn’t take an order from a woman, but no one helped him. Customers without waiting in line just went to Burger King. When I opened the salad I found that there was no parmesan crisps. The manager was wearing dirty and unkempt clothes. Don't come here if you don't want to waste your time and nerves. I travel all over America for work and this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

The inside was horrible!!!! They were out of napkins, straws and ketchup. The paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom didn't work. And the dining room was a mess!!! Service was decent as was the food, but it's hard to eat in a room that looked to have been recently hit by a tornado....

Food was good as typical. However the complete restaurant was the worst that I have ever seen a fast food restaurant be. "ALL" tables were dirty and trash throughout the dinning room, walls were filthy, trash cans were overflowing, men's restroomsmelled

The absolute nastiest restaurant I've ever been in. The kitchen had food everywhere. Every surface in dinning room was dirty( tables, doors, chairs, condiment station, drink machine, floors) I had to ask to have a table wiped off. All employees were dirty. I will never eat here again.

The food always tastes fresh and hot! If you haven't tried a sure order of cheese sauce for your fries or nuggies.. try it! Yum!

One of the best burgers from a fast food restaurant! Juicy with fresh toppings. While not quite at the level of McDonald's fries, they are very good!
