Papa Johns Pizza

Can I give it fewer than 1 star? Customer service at this store is the WORST! I've ordered on line, for delivery from this store fore years without any issues. This time, the online order didn't give me a clear option to select delivery. I thought it might come up when I hit "place order". Nope, it automatically put it in for Carry Out. I'm 3 beers into my Friday night, so I'm not about to drive... Tried calling the store... 3 TIMES! Tried 3 different options to speak to a real person, but it just rang and rang. Finally spoke to a real person on the 4th attempt and was told that my order couldn't be changed to Delivery, so I asked him to cancel the order. He told me it was canceled, then abruptly hung up on me before I could even ask for an email confirmation. I'm done with this place. Antonio's in Goldsboro has way better pizza & customer service anyway.

I don't order out a lot; and, like another comment stated, there are very few good pizza places in/around this little town...for delivery. But of all the times I've ordered delivered pizza, it's always come here pretty promptly, and more important, it's been made exactly as ordered! It's lacking a 5th star because my last order was the Shaqalicious specialty pizza...it was not even close to correct (since we got them prev and LOVED them, the last one wasl very disappointing). The crust was 5"deep (should be cheese to edge of pizza); reg cheese and few pepperoni (spec should be double ch & pepp), ...and ordered it well done; was not. Other than that 1 incident, I've been happy with the whole experience...but I'm calling to ask a quest, and order a pizza; so fingers crossed!

Terrible service. Been a regular customer for awhile because not too many places deliver to my house so I've had to put up with poor service on previous occasions, but tonight took the cake. Ordered a pizza with a delivery time of 51 mins. After an hour and a half I call in and speak to an employee who tells me my pizza left the store over an hour ago. She says she'll check into it for me. Another 40 minutes go by and no phone call, no pizza. I call in again and speak to another employee who has no idea what I'm talking about. He offers to make another pizza. Now it's 2 hours since I initially ordered so I asked if it would be on the house for the trouble and was told no. Apparently screwing over the customers is acceptable at the Papa Johns in Manchester, Pa. Avoid this place like the plague.

I put an order in for a pizza on the app, the app said it was delivered but they never brought my pizza and now they won't answer their phone because they are closed and I have no lunch now !!!! The worst pizza restaurant ever. I am NEVER ordering from there again! Give me my money back papa johns!!!!😡😡😡

Terrible service. Placed an order for 1 pizza to be delivered 5 minutes away from this location. Was given a wait time of 2 hours. I gave specific instructions on how to contact me once they arrived at my buisness. I was never contacted, and when i called back to find out where my pizza was, i was told i would just be refunded. Directions apparently are unable to be understood by the "manager". Dont order here, order from Angelos across the street.
