This is a top tier pub in eccles, highly recommend if you want a nice place to meet with friends and have a pint. Food is good too, I suggest ordering the mozzarella sticks and sweet chilli dip as it’s 10/10. Overall great pub 👍🏻
Great pub! Amazing beer garden / area. Half covered, half not and 2 TVs meaning you can sit outside in the sunshine and watch sport!!! Perfect!! Staff are ace, happy to put different sports on in-between the key footy matches. Food is lovely, good prices and good deals too.
The rock house pub is a lovely cheap and cheerful pub in Eccles near the swing bridge.
Its a fantastic place to watch football as they've got plenty of big screens located around the pub.
The staff are friendly and the place is clean and warm.
They have a large outside beer garden that is nicely decorated. Parking on site.
They have a food menu which I've not tired due to timing of the kitchen but hopefully they'll open the kitchen more in the future!

Great pub all round
Having recently moved to the area with my family we have been looking for a family friendly pub, we found this place to watch the Grand National and football and get something to eat, and it did not disappoint…… great atmosphere, we were given a lovely warm welcome by the super friendly staff, 5 of us ate and we all had a main meal, each was absolutely delicious ( I can highly recommend the breakfast burger it was massive and really tasty). Definitely our new local. Big thanks to Sam and Phoebe for looking after us

Not been here in years and so glad we decided to visit. Lovely pub and the two young girls serving behind the bar were very friendly, chatty and happy to help. Gorgeous outside area all lit up with lights and looking very pretty. Definitely worth a visit and we will be returning.
This has become my “local” pub, even though it’s a good 10min walk away. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great food quality plus varied drinks selection, which are all great value. Really cozy indoors but there’s also a good sized beer garden outside too. Always has a good atmosphere and is busy with local regulars.
