Bella Italia - Parrs Wood Leisure Park

Fantastic food, welcoming and friendly service and a vibrant atmosphere! I took 30 school children for a taster menu dining experience as part of a school project and was delighted with every aspect of the experience. The food was freshly prepared, piping hot and had clearly been made with great quality ingredients. The children ate heartily and I highly recommend this restaurant.

What an amazing experience we had at Bella Italia! I took my class of 30 children and they had such a wonderful experience. The customer service was exceptional! We felt very looked after from beginning to end. We were warmly welcomed, greeted and seated. The menu was explained to us and they catered for all of our allergies! Tom the manager was fantastic with the children! He enthusiastically spoke to them about the food, giving them some background knowledge. Jake the chef also came out to answer questions from the children. The children were so amazed! The food was delightful and delicious! We ate a variety of pastas, pizzas and salad! They were all mouth watering yummy! My children said they would like to give them a 5 billion star rating and that it was one of the best days in their lives ❤️. Consistently eceptional chain restaurant. We have visited 3 times in as many months and each time the quality of food has been excellent and the friendly efficient service exceptional for a "chain" restaurant. Even on NYE when they were full, the staff could not have been happier or more willing to please and accommodate people, and the food, including my steak, was perfectly cooked.

The food is what gets me coming again and again I am a vegan and the fact the have a full vegan menu complete with vegan deserts is amazing! You have to try it even if you aren't vegan. The vegan hot cookie dough is 😍😍😍🌱 Table service is generally quite quick and I have been here quite a few times, the staff are corteous and very efficient however I must say that the tables are never properly cleaned (every time I have been they have stains and sometimes bits of food... this is why it isn't getting 5 stars) But the food makes up for the unclean tables. We had a great lunch here on Monday. The waitress was friendly and welcoming, and very patient with us as we were a little bewildered by the plethora of deals on offer (to make matters worse, we have Cineworld Unlimited cards, which offer a 25% discount, but not off the various deals) We opted for the £5 pizza deal and both pizzas were amazingly good quality, with top-notch ingredients, and packed with flavour. And the Tiramisu is to die for! Many thanks to the waitress and those in the kitchen on Monday.
