Went for the Birria, was not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful, beef was so tender and delicious. Also got the chicken to try, but the beef is the one 👌 The flavours were juicy and bursting. The homemade guac was perfection. Only downside is that’s it’s a small place and tables are limited.

I received great service and care whilst here. The staff were attentive, food was flavoursome, and overall a great experience. Staff accomodated all requests and were very polite. Also, I'm sick of trying the same cuisine over and over on the Curry mile so it's refreshing to see something different on therr that's actually decent. Will definitely be visiting again and looking forward to trying more dishes on the menu.

Ordered a takeaway meal deal that came with a large burrito fully stuffed which lovely ingredients, nachos, chicken wings and a drink. I ordered a sweetcorn - Elote… as an starter - this was quite dry but again seasoned nicely.. with seasoning salt and cheese The burrito was very nice and filling - it was quite big so did save some for the next day! The wings were seasoned well but I found them quite dry -the nachos went well with the avocado dip that I paid an extra £1 for - It came in a little tub very nice but expected more… The drink was pineapple soda very nice apparently from Mexico so nice touch! When I went to collect, it was a quick collection there was little to no queue and was served quite quickly The kitchen was busy and they were working hard to get the food out as the restaurant was very busy with dine in guest! I was pleasantly surprised when I got home the burrito was still warm ! Overall I would buy the burrito separately as the meal deal was £17 and paid £4 for the sweetcorn think I got £8 off which was good I would recommend Don Taco to a friend

I just visited Don tacos with my friend and the food was amazing. We have had different tacos with lamb, beef, and chicken and all of them were soo yummy. The place has also got such a great vibe with spanish music. The staff were so friendly and helped us to choose the right Tacos. Highly recommended

Authentic mexican food with authentic people. Loved the place, the servers and especially the piping hot food freshly served. The ambience was good as well. Will definitely visit again.

I came after my baptism because we were told to fast in the morning… the number of times we said “praise God” & “hallelujah” whilst eating! I wish I could go back in time and re-consume my meal. The chicken was falling off the bone, the birria tacos were overflowing with juice and beef. As someone with insulin resistance I left feeling more than satisfied, especially after the sugary churros that we ate with chocolate sauce. Definitely coming again!

phenomenal food! visited on a sunday without booking ahead and got seated within 10 minutes. the waiter informed us that we could only place our orders online, which was efficient enough. the interiors are reminiscent of an old western film, rife with colour, patterns and dim lighting. the furniture is a little uncomfortable, but the food was worth the sore legs. vegan options were plentiful, with the vegan chicken wings being the best rendition of vegan wings i have ever had. the sauce they were coated in was sticky, spicy and sweet, their texture vaguely resembling that of meat. the mexican orange soda actually tasted like carbonated fresh orange juice. the lamb birria tacos were bursting at the seams with more than ample amounts of meat, cheese, coriander, and some charred vegetables. a light, spicy consommé and fresh guacamole enhanced an already vibrant taco. a spot worth a trip
