Carnival is very colourful and soothing to the eyes. The theme is neo-American and cocktails are tropical. All in all it was a nice place but the food was not as good as it looked ie undercooked steak and rice. Prices are high especially for hookah, but it's a generally nice vibe.

My first time here was in the summer of 2022, I did a night out with my friends from Leeds for my birthday, and they all loved it. We made new friends as well. Everyone was super nice, the door staff and waiters. The music was lively and diverse. The place was closed after summer, and I am happy they are open and better. It's now fitted with heating to keep you warm during the cold season. A must visit if in Manchester. Did I forget to mention the cocktails? You should see for yourself!

Came here for the opening weekend and was so impressed! The place looked great, so bright and colourful. The food was lovely and reasonably priced, staff were very attentive too. The music and entertainment was fun, there was even a conga going round at one point!! Would definitely recommend and will be back for another sangria!

Been waiting for a venue like this to open for ages, really does bring the carnival vibes to Manchester! From the food/drinks to entertainment was amazing throughout my night! The staff were very accommodating too and had many picture opportunities. Will defiantly visit again with my younger son and daughter for them to enjoy too!

Was in Manchester over the bank holiday weekend and passed by Carnival. I had to go in, had the best evening with friends I haven’t seen for years. Food drinks and atmosphere was exactly what we was looking for to enjoy our evening. The decor was so cool too, felt like I was on holiday! Really enjoyed the visit and will defiantly recommend and be visiting again!!

Nice place, good that it's outdoor and can provide for larger covid times groups. Staff were good, drinks were flowing, clientele were questionable but it was the first weekend of freedom for most.

I loved the décor which is perfect for anyone who loves a bit of pink! Food was delicious - I enjoyed the lamb flatbread and halloumi. The cocktails and cocktail flavoured shots were amazing. Fantastic service, seemed on the ball with covid safe precautions. Definitely will return!

Food was lovely, loads of drink options, service was quick. Only negative was that we were only given an hour and a half on the table so had to rush to leave even though we still had food and drinks left

Even though it absolutely chucked it down The Terrace is somewhere you can be out of the rain, be warm due to their awesome heaters and be cool 😎
I absolutely love the menu, simple and easy to choose something. Food was served very quickly and the cocktails were beautiful. The two best things about this place are the staff and the decor. Very boujee. Our server and the greeter deserved a 10/10.
