Came in last Thursday around midday. Staff really rude. Did not acknowledge me, ignored the question I asked and then gave me the food without saying a word or making eye contact with me. Probably worth observing your employees with customers to check they actually know what customer service is. I was gobsmacked.
The staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. A special shout out to Eillis( sorry if I have spelt it wrong) was very nice and helpful ... the biscuit was yummy thanks.
Once again we are missing items from our order. How hard is it to get 1 employee to check what's on the receipt and make sure its all in the bag. Its an absolute joke. The manager thats on now at this time, 2pm on the 22nd, get a grip of your staff they're making you look like a wolly!
