We made a mistake when ordering online and the Manager (Brandon) was very polite and helped fix the issue. He took care of us beyond what we were needing and he didn't have to. Thankyou for your help and understanding. It is extremely hard to find employees with the level of care and understanding that he had. (Again we were at fault.) Take care of this one Chick-fil-A and your store will be well represented with him.

Went through the drive through and ordered food for three. We never go in because we really HATE Coke products. For that reason we usually go to Taco Bell.
We decided to have dinner in our car. The day was perfect for being outdoors. After returning from the "Race Track" with our Pepsi's, we ordered two 12 piece nuggets with fries and mac and one order of strips and fries.
The food was fresh, crispy and tasty though the strips were a bit dark and dry at the corners. The taste was good though. The drive through was really busy but we didn't mind because that usually guarantees fresh food.
The hotwing sauce was great with the fries! Everyone had a great time chillaxing and listening to classical music on our favorite station. The sky was beautiful!

Not only has my order been messed up almost every visit I’ve ever made to this location even when I say there’s food allergies that need to be handled but I just sat for almost 30 minutes waiting on my order because they couldn’t follow the instructions the app gives and look for the vehicle. As soon as I got in the drive through line because I was sick of waiting, my order had just been sitting on the counter. Cold food is exactly what I was wanting. Never gotten such bad service from a Chick-fil-A.

Ray….I think that’s his name! He’s been with the company for 7 years and he works the front registers! Anyways, he’s such a kind and personable man! He suggested that we try the chick fil a sauce for the chicken sandwich and my oh my, it was the best suggestion yet! Lol! He chatted with us about the NFL since the Bengals were playing. He was all about customer service and that is missing in the service industry these days!

Out of all the Chick-fil-A's I go to this is by far the slowest because they do not have anyone outside taking orders to speed the process up. If they do have People outside it must be on the days I'm not there. I suppose management has their reasons.
