Chicken Express

Horrible experience! This was our first time to visit this location. They had numerous pieces of chicken just sitting out when they weren't even busy. The girls behind the counter were talking to a Dominos employee that was sitting in there and not filling any orders. We waited too long for our food for everything to already be premade and just sitting there. Once we received our food EVERYTHING was cold. When I asked if they could give me some warm mashed potatoes, the girl acted like I was being unreasonable. That is when I noticed they have everything already in containers just sitting behind the counter, not under a heat lamp. Then one of the male employees walked over to get a roll and coughed all over them, not even covering his mouth. Overall the service was horrible and the food was the worst I've ever had. This was the first and last time for us to visit.

Update: I got home and they forgot our corn on the cob for one of the dinners and gave us rolls instead of biscuits. I thought the other reviews were just being harsh on this place but they were right, this place is trash. This location is dirty and very slow. I just watched a customer storm out after getting a refund bc they waited so long and never got their food. Employees are in no hurry, they all look like they hate their job, and again, feels dirty in here. We ordered 3 meals and have been waiting for 15 minutes and still no food.

I met a friend at this location, both of our first time to Mansfield and we just loved it. Tony waited on us and he was so friendly, courteous, best personality ever and catered to us as if we were his mom. He made it worth my while to go back there and the drive of 57 miles one way. My friend actually drove up from Austin. Tony, you deserve a promotion!!!

Glad I kept my receipt: 5 employees behind order counter+ 1 at 🚗 window. Missing-extra gravy and order of chicken livers(gave me gizzards instead) pull up wate12 min. After 21 min.went inside still working on order 👎. Asst Manager & drive through window lady then took charge,all others could have cared less about me as their customer. Left message at business number Previous visits ok. Deep frying not as before no golden color. Go elsewhere next time.
