TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went yesterday and gave the lady 2 $5 bills, and told her "10 on 5", she nodded and I proceeded to go make some coffee. It took me about 2-3 mins, I went to pay with the same lady and went out to put gas. The gas didn't want to pump any, so I went and asked her what was going out, "oh you are on time out" I asked her what that even meant and why and she just said let me fix it, fine great thanks. I go back to pump my gas because I am in a rush, and it only gives me 5$, I went back inside and the lady said, "Oh you only gave me a $5". I told her I hadn't, she said "you came, said 5 on 5 and went to the restroom", just shows how bad her memory is. So I asked her if she could please check the cameras, "tomorrow" she rudely said. Now, she knew I was pissed at this point and just drop it tommorow, but if she really had nothing to hide she would've shown it right then and there. Overall, trash service but the coffee is good. Won't be going here anymore though.

Cashier made my 13 year old special needs son, wait outside while my 24 year old son, purchased a beer. Called corporate to complain, their P.R. called me back and was very defensive and rude, accused me of suing and basically called me a liar. After several minutes of talking over me, she hung up in my face. I then called back 7 eleven corporate office, to complain about what I experienced and never received a returned call. This was a year ago and I don’t look forward to receiving a call. Didn’t want any freebie items, just an apology. Horrible experience.
