Applebee's Grill + Bar

So I decided to treat myself today and did a online order at this Applebee's. I went in at 11:38 to get it and the hostess was nice and so was the bartender. Well after that it went all to hell. I got the chicken fajita wrap with fries. Its normally a really good meal but noticed I said normally. The chicken wrap was loosely wrapped and liked no care was put to it when it was put in the container. The fries were AWFUL. z I like salt but these fries were salted so much it was like they were scraps off peoples table. So gross cold and just like eating or licking a salt block. Again the staff I encountered were friendly the score is for the food only. Probably won't ever go back

One would think the only place that is open for until 1 am on a Saturday would be happy to see customers come in after all other places are closed. Our food arrived and we had to ask the manager for silverware. People that were seated after us in our section received their food before we did. Maybe it was an off night for the staff. I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Terrible experience. Hardly any beers on tab. Even the highlighted draft beer on the menu was no longer available. Food was not good. Ordered a caesar salad with dinner. It was delivered with zero dressing. Our waitress was running around with 10 tables to serve while many other staff members sat around on their phones. General lack of managent in the whole place.

We stopped into Applebee's on Easter with no wait. We were greeted with the friendly server who made sure our drinks were filled. We both had steak hers was medium rare mine was medium both came out correctly. We also had appetizers spinach artichoke dip and chips and hot Queso cheese dip. Food was great service was great. Bathroom was clean and well stocked, would recommend. I was not from area as I had dropped my neice off to her dad. Applebee's was one of only a few restaurants open due to being Easter Sunday.
