Tried this Rooster's location out for the first time. Placed a carry out order at the front desk. Ordered 10 of the traditional wings. Obviously getting expensive for 10 for $14.99. The sweet Thai sauce is amazing though. Staff could've been slightly friendlier as many made eye contact and didn't share a smile.

How can you beat Roosters. Large, plump, succulent wings and your choice of sauce at a great $. And the fun family atmosphere with sports on the TVs for the enthusiasts. The menu has a nice variety for a chicken place. All the food is worthy of a try. The waitresses were friendly and service was quick.

Ordered 5 traditional style wings. With a sauce. Chicken tasted so burnt i was only able to eat two and some on another. When i told the server her response was sor rrieeeee. Bad customer service and bad food.

Mandy was a very good waitress in many ways. Fast, very efficient, and provided all our needs without asking mostly. The chicken fingers were cooked to perfection! The Buffalo mac and cheese was slightly over done on the top but still good.

Our family came to try roosters for the first time. They told us to seat ourselves and then completely ignored us for over 10 minutes. They knew we were there and the store was not busy but they were to busy talking amongst themselves to serve us. We left and went to a restaurant with better service. Pitty, I heard their food was good. I won’t be back!

Great food! Great service (except my fried pickles got delivered to the wrong table...Awkward) but they got another order out to our table quite quickly! It was a great experience for a first time, and the food was very enjoyable!!

Extremely rude asked for my son who is on the spectrum to have his food made a certain way when food came out was not right. Very rude about it I will never go here again no understanding for the customer automatically assumed we were trying to get something for free and totally not the case. In the end they did apologize and tried to give money off (but I did not want it) after we explained the whole situation but just don’t feel like any customers disabled or not should be treated the way we were.
