Taco Bell

My boyfriend and I ordered food from the Lexington Ave. Taco Bell. Some of His soft tacos were wet , so much so he couldn't eat them. His burrito was was a mashed up wet mess also. The nachos chips in my Nachos had a weird burnt, salty taste to them. We will not be eating at that one ever again. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered food for my husband online. He went inside to pick up his order and the girl behind the counter asked him his name, he told her so she proceeds to get his order and tossed it on the counter. When he opened his bag the fiesta potatoes I ordered him were all over the bag. No napkins or silverware in the bag. If you work in customer service just be civil with paying customers. Don’t toss their food around and have an attitude. Also when bagging food throw a few napkins in every bag…… not too difficult. But don’t worry because my husband will not be returning for business!

I’ve tried to give this Taco Bell so many chances because it’s so close to home but not only does everyone act like they don’t care and there’s no sense of management what so ever but the food we got was AWFUL. The tortillas were hard as if they were sitting out all day, everything tasted old and was falling apart in the worst way. I realize I only spent like 10$ but this is ridiculous dude.
