What a fun concept! You can mix and match cookies and ice cream flavors to create your own unique sandwich. The presentation is Instagram-worthy, making it an absolute treat for both the taste buds and the eyes. Friendly staff, a cozy ambiance, and reasonable prices complete the experience. This ice cream shop has redefined dessert for me, and I can't recommend it enough. A visit here is sure to satisfy your sweet cravings and leave you with a smile. I was in search of an afternoon treat and stopped by Nellies. I tried their raspberry chcolate chip ice cream which had chocolate covered raspberry chunks. The portions were massive and the value is definitely there with how much ice cream you get. As for the taste of the ice cream, I would say it is slightly above the quality of some grocery store ice creams. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but it just wasn't very distinctive. The inside of the establishment could have also been cleaned better since it was a bit dirty.

Our first experience was the one in stillwater years ago. Staff at this one are very friendly, good ice cream, dairy free options which we appreciate for our youngest that can't have dairy. I gave a 4 because popular flavors are not always there each year. Hope to come back next year and see any of the 4 flavors back.

Two scoops of ice cream with a cookie on top on a warm July day….wonderful! Wouldn’t say its the best ice cream I’ve ever had but tasty and lots of ice cream for the money compared to other scoop shops. I would suggest having a smaller option though as diabetics and others watching sugar intake would be appreciative. Me….I ate the whole two scoops because I love ice cream!

Had a spontaneous date here on a hot afternoon. I was so pleased that they had some dairy free and vegan "ice cream" options! I got the dairy free cookies and cream on rice krispie treats and my boyfriend got the raspberry chocolate chip with peanut cookies. It was a lot to eat but hit the spot. We will certainly be back!
