Capo Lounge

Called in to this market-square café on a recent visit to Mansfield. The verdict on the 4 breakfasts in our group was unanimous: excellent (shakshuka, Big Lounge (full English), smashed avocado and Miami brunch). The coffee was very good. Service was excellent, decor is tastefully utilitarian. Quiet at 09:30 on a Saturday morning.

This is the best place for all ages in Mansfield. The team working here are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much of a task. Over the past few years of living in Mansfield I have eaten here endless amounts of times. Recently I threw my 30th birthday party here which was a great success, again due to the fabulous Capo Team. If you have any special dietary requirements whether it’s gluten free, lacto, veggie-vegan (you name it they have it covered!). Ask Philippa or Rhi to make you the best morning coffee, Helen will look after you on the floor and get you the best table in house and Maggie and her kitchen team will make sure you leaving feeling full! ☺️

Nice day for tapas! Good sized tapas dishes. Good flavours. Very tasty and filling. Good value. Capo Lounge is a popular restaurant and bar with a lively, buzzing atmosphere, even on a Friday lunch. Boho and chunky shabby chic decor. Family friendly but with an 'in crowd' vibe. The staff are attentive and the food was served in good time. I sat outside to watch the world go by. It's a beautiful day again. The gentle bristle of leaves on nearby trees is sweet and I enjoyed watching the market stalls and shoppers. Nice spot.

Absolutely amazing, went on a friend's recommendation. Wife had the lounge breakfast which although slightly pricey for the size it was nice. I had the Shakshuka and it was perfectly spiced, eggs were done incredibly well, the extra chorizo was the best food choice I've made in months. I can't fault this dish in the slightest. I'd love to see a larger portion upgrade offer with more shakshuka, an extra egg and bred just so I can starve myself for the day to enjoy as much of it as possible. Well done, genuinely it was so so good

I love this place. The menu options are fantastic and the food has been amazing everytime I have visited. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I love the decor and feel of the place. I will return many more times. Drinks are pricey but if you are going to treat yourself I can recommend the peach colada!
