Clean and tidy but at times a can be slow service.

Avoided this place for over 3 years as orders were always wrong and chicken was crunchy, I think new people have taken over and its alot more efficient and nothing missing from my orders, looks good after recent refurbishment.

Nice succulent pieces of chicken are very enjoyable, but I do t know what KFC has done with their 🍟 as they just totally without anything, just tasteless

A long day needed a snack spot so we stopped somewhere easy and convenient. We got take out. It was probably the first time I've ever had to be patient and wait to eat my food as it was so hot. Chicken was perfectly cooked and crispy. Chips were hot and fresh! All condiments were in the bag and cups provided for the bottle of drink.

We stopped in on our way from Skegness to Cambridge. It was the middle of the afternoon so the restaurant was quiet. Food and service were excellent. Menu was slightly reduced which may be due to the size of the restaurant or maybe supply shortages. Bathrooms were less than special.

Very special this KFC is preparing fried chickens without using plenty of oil & the taste is outstanding far better than the Cambridge East Road outlet. Will definitely visit again
