It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and fortunately the Midland managed to fit us in as we had not booked a reservation, anyway we took advantage of this and as I had a birthday voucher so this made the the meal great value .
The staff were all working hard due to it being very busy and on the whole the food and drink was very tasty and we had a very enjoyable afternoon.

Fabulous meal. We had the wine and dine menu and even though there were a couple of things not available you went out of your way to ensure we still had fab alternatives. Atmosphere and service as lovely as always . Food incredible. Our fave restaurant!

Just in the process of rebooking my festive meal for me and my partner. This will be the second year for us and I realised I didn’t give it a review from last year. All I can say wonderful. Booked the table a few months in advance and completely forgot what came of the meal so was very surprised about the welcome drink and the cocktails food was amazing atmosphere was awesome. Amazing had a great time so booking again for this year. Highly recommend

The decor is lovely and cosy. The tables are well spaced out and you don’t feel crammed in. The service is attentive and helpful. Finally, and probably most importantly, the food (presentation and taste) is superb! And, hot so no complaints about Luke warm dishes etc.

Came here for a celebration meal with my friends. Had a lovely meal which was served to us by Molly. She provided good customer service and recommended the beef brisket pie which was scrumptious. 10 out of 10!

The food was absolutely amazing. Me and my partner were blown away by the quality. Tom & Jordan cooked our Sea Bass and Rib Eye steak to perfection. Literally melted in your mouth. The Brie & Camembert cheese was also delicious.
I would also like to thank Megan for the great table service. She was very welcoming and made sure all our needs were met on the night. The Midland is definitely one of the best places to eat in Stockport. Highly recommend!
