Domino's Pizza Carlton (vic)

I have order veggies pizza from here and this is what it looks like . I asked for Estes extra chillies that was fair but the taste was worst. It was over cooked and when I called them they were so rude , asked me for pic which I sent and said that it’s like this. Like literally this is the first time I am having pizza ??? Worst customer service ! Worst taste ever ! Not recommended

It’s actually pretty incredible value, these mini pizzas were only $3 each! And the garlic bread was $2! As much as dominos pizza is a below average pizza, this price is unrivaled. I’m sure it helps out a lot of struggling students. The lady that served me was absolutely lovely and attentive and friendly.

Absolutely the worst customer service. After enteringmy address incorrectly despite giving it to them multiple times and spelling it all our clearly, they had the address back to front and my pizza never arrived; when I called they argued and argued that they tried to call me whilst brushing over the fact that I have zero missed calls and brushing over the fact that they had my address wrong, also trying to blame that on me - before rapidly conceding they had written it wrong. When I doublechecked the number and verified no missed calls, he started commenting on how extremely polite he was being and how I was angry. I expressed no anger - I simply spoke clearly that I had no missed calls and the apartment address was inverted on their end - after waiting for almost 2 hours for my pizza. In the typical arrogant fashion, he continue to aggressively speak over me, defend himself, point out how angry I apparently was and how polite and wonderful he was and take absolutely no responsibility for the fact that they have completely stuffed this up and we are now lying and covering up about allegedly ringing me. I ended up giving up and hanging up on them, when he tried to shut me down by saying he’d send out another pizza.

Ordered $80 of pizza for a Saturday night delivery on the Domino's website. The order never arrived and the website tracking says it was never even made. No contact on the night. No refund. I've called the store multiple times and leave messages for the manager about a refund but never get a call back. Pretty poor effort. 28/04/2022 - FYI, I have been diverted to the endless loop of the online customer services. Consumer Affairs will be the next contact. 20/06/2022 - Still NO refund.

First time EVER leaving a review. Waited 2 hrs. Called 3 times, got told it’s on the way the first time and would take 15 mins tops (after almost an hour waiting), then got told the order was completed (when it clearly wasn’t) and finally said they tried calling me to complete the delivery, but I had my phone on me the entire time and didn’t get any calls. Ended up waiting all this time and still didn’t get the delivery. AWFUL SERVICE. ZERO STARS

Guys, the service is atrocious. I had to stop myself from laughing coz I certainly didn’t want to have an argument with whatever dimwit works over there. Usually this place is pretty bloody good but don’t gaslight me by saying thin pizza should be burnt when it’s never been so before, yeah? Don’t offer and charge me for toppings you’ve sold out of, yeah? Don’t put the wrong sauces on and just sent it on it’s way, yeah? No refund or option of replacement, at the end of the day but that’s showbusiness baby!
