Cleanliness a major issue. Went for coffee at 0945 this morning. Staff and service lovely but venue is filthy. Staff say the shop is cleaned daily but it clearly has not been cleaned for months. Waste and muck all over floor, under tables …
I used the toilet which was not at all clean. The bowl was stained brown as it hasn't been cleaned properly, the seat was dirty and the floor was very wet. Definitely put me off going in again.
Popped in for coffee and my free birthday cake, the guy who served me I think Liam?? Said sit down I'll bring it over to me, very polite guy,
Food runs out quickly, but the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere as an introvert seems a bit tense though.

I used to live in melksham and loved going to this costa coffee. It's clean, has some great staff and great coffee. Visited this today again and it's still great. Lovely coffee and great atmosphere.
