On our way home from camping at Belvior Castle and decided to stop for Sunday lunch. So glad we found this pub is was so nice, great food and lovely garden. Service was amazing. Wasn't cheap but felt the service and food met the cost. If it was local I'd be there weekly!

Stumbled upon this pub on the way home from twin lakes . So glad we did ! Superb setting , lovely decor inside and out and excellent food and service . Look forward to going back!

I called in for a pint or two while out on a bike ride. I’d never been before or even knew where it was but what a cracking pub it is. Very friendly staff, good selection of beers and one of the best beer gardens I’ve come across. It was a shame I had to cycle 14 miles back home or I’d of stayed for a few more. I’ll definitely be visit again.

We were booked in for meal. They had a problem which they rang and told us about in good time. As we were travelling from distance for a special occasion, they booked us into the windmill Wymeswold. Where we had a very good and enjoyable meal. Staff were brilliant. Thank you all

Wow! What an absolute gem of a place. Delicious food (highly recommend the Slow Cooked Beef Brisket) and delightful staff who went above and beyond to make our visit with 3 small children as chilled as possible! Good variety of food on both the children's and adult menu! It's tucked away in a little residential area-yes Google is taking you to the right place! Lots of space inside and out.

Lovely unique and quirky pub. Lots of decor inside which makes it feel very nostalgic. No one chair or table od the same which all adds to the character. Seating area is available outside.
The food was lovely, starting with homemade soup leek and ham and then scampi for main whilst my husband and friends all had a little Britain burger which was huge and looked awesome.
Staff were super efficient, polite and friendly and are a credit it to the place.

We had dinner on Saturday evening in the outdoor covered area. The food was delicious, as was the wine. The service was really friendly. The atmosphere was great, busy and a buzz. But all done very safely. It was so lovely to be out. Highly recommend
