I’m not vegan by any stretch of the imagination but this cafe is an absolute must! Great food from the menu and lovely cakes from the counter alongside their nutshakes makes a great experience all round on the food front. As well as this the interior is very pleasant and relaxing, spacious with comfortable seating and relaxing music is sure to add to your positive time here. The staff are very friendly, there is outdoor seating at the back, wifi available. Based on our visit I would certainly recommend a visit.

Popped in on the off chance they did take away for lunch. Can't praise the place highly enough. Ordered two different mains - both were amazing. Absolutely delicious. And because its so healthy we both felt great afterwards to face the afternoon at work. Staff were really friendly too. And very reasonably priced considering the variety of quality ingredient in each meal. Very enjoyable experience and will be back again soon.

Amazing food in a lovely space. This is a real Gem in Melton Mowbray (the rural capital of food), and it's so refreshing to have somewhere that offers fully plant based options. The menu changes every month, and actively encourages seasonal eating. Equally, there is a real attitude of zero waste, and there is no single use plastic. A lot of the produce is also local, either from allotments or grown locally. I never get bored of eating here, there is always something new to try, all cooked and prepared with real care and attention. Delicious food and a great atmosphere. I'd recommend Apteekki to everyone.
