Reliable fast food restaurant with the best spicy chicken sandwich, and conveniently located off the highway. Employees were very friendly and efficient, and were also understanding of customers with small kids. Wendy's has by far the best kids toys of any fast food restaurant chain! They rotate often so you usually get something new, and they have a lot of play value sometimes for days of fun.

Ordered through the app to pick up my food at the drive through. Got to the drive through and there were 5 more vehicles in front of me. So I was number 6 in line. I got my food after 40 minutes in line and it was incomplete!! So I had to wait few more minutes to get the items I was missing at the window. I definitely will not recommend that location to anyone. Gave 3 stars because the food was good and the price is the best in the area.

When I first started coming here about 6 months ago it was great. The girl at the window was so nice and always had my order perfect. For the past month it has been hell. The girl at the window it is so hard to understand her. Then she always pulls every car up, I am thinking she wants a low drive thru time. She is not pleasant at all and it is slow and she still messes up my order. I only gave 3 stars because of the old crew if it wasn't for the old crew I would give 0 stars.

Waited 5m to order n 15m for my order, my burger was cold and missing a burger patty. The cheese wasn't even melted. All that time waiting my bacinator fries were sitting in the bad. Aweful. All Meriden fast food is the same.

Worst drive thru ever. They take one order at a time. Not like McDonalds who try to move their line as quickly as possible. Always end up waiting in line 35 minutes. Slow pokes to the max.

By the window service is crazy.... sometimes you got the wrong food...is happen to me many times and coffee very bad like today in the morning after waiting for more the 10min ....and take to much time to take care you even you are the only client in line..... the Wendy's in Meriden CT

Every time I stop here, the drive through is so incredibly slow to respond. The staff is always yelling at each other. And the fries are cold.

This place is disgusting. Completely filthy. I had to walk around for a minute or two to find the least dirty table. Food all over them. Food all over the floor. Napkins empty. Dried up ketchup on the dispenser nozzle. Dirty beat up furniture. Gross..
