Burger King

Let me start by saying this is my 1st review. For me to actually write a review, the establishment has to be amazing or absolutely horrible. I visit the burger king at 8101 Airline Highway in metairie Louisiana at least once a week as it’s the only Burger King anywhere close to where I live. At least 75% of the time I go there, they say they are sorry but they aren’t taking orders right now. It’s always in the middle of the day. The Burger King is empty every single time I pass which leads me to believe this happens a lot. I wonder how much money is being lost while they aren’t taking orders every single day and why are they doing this in the middle of the busiest time of the day? If I didn’t like Burger King so much, I would never stop there again. The 25% of the time I do actually get to order, there is never a problem. Fast friendly service. My order is always correct. That’s the only reason this review didn’t get one star. I just can’t justify going a few times a week and maybe getting any service at all 25% of the times I go. I can maybe understand every now and then. Things happen. Not every single week on a consistent basis. For me to actually be mad enough to complain shows how horrible it really is as I never write reviews.

Clearly the location on airline hwy was open 3 people were inside! I sat at drive through for 5 mins then honked the horn waited another 5 mins then drove up to window no one came. I parked and tried to go in the door was locked. I got back and the car and called to make sure they were open. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked if they were open and how to place an order. She proceeds to yell at me telling me "customers don't say when they open she gunna open when she ready". Ok
