I just wanted to give a shout out to a lovely young lady, Esmé who served my husband & I this afternoon. She was a real sweetheart & a credit to your company. She knows her stuff & can pour a fantastic cappuccino! She really exudes kindness & sadly, that is SUCH a rare quality on display these days. Keep up the great work Esmé & you will go far! Also, the lovely chap who took our order was SO kind as well.

Visit regularly, but as do many others, Masam has memorised my two top drinks. He’s always in a fantastic mood and makes a mean Caramel Macchiato properly! The entire team are always super friendly, shout out to Nikki as well.
