Really great place, a lot of vegan options (even more so than most places in London)!!

Prices are a bit too similar to central London but I believe they are reasonable for the area.
Still, we had a really nice time! I had the vegan “fish” & chips, and my friend had the regular burger and we shared vegan churros. Basically vegan heaven. I’ll definitely go back to check out the vegan breakfast options.
Me, my partner and my dog stopped at the light house for lunch after a long walk to Hurst Castle and back. They had several options to choose from, however we settled for the vegan chocolate milkshake and vegan fish finger sub with coleslaw and tartare sauce.
Service was incredibly quick and we were amazed at the portion size of our lunch. We weren’t expecting anything huge (especially as we’re in a prime spot in the New Forest) however the sub was massive. The banana blossom fish had a lovely batter (not too oily) and it had the texture of fish.
Overall, staff were lovely, atmosphere was relaxing, our dog was relaxed and we went home with a full stomach.
What can I say,what a lovely place ,dog friendly,friendly professional staff, excellent services,their strawberry smoothies are out of this world and their menu is just amazing , everything looks good, everything tastes good ,this is a must come to place for anytime and day,well done guys.

We visited this marvelous restaurant for dinner, and were totally blown away. The food was phenomenal and the staff were simply brilliant, we were extremely well taken care of. To top it off this place is extremely dog friendly our two were welcomed with cuddles and treats. Overall a fantastic dining experience, we will return!
After checking the area for restaurants allowing dogs, this one pops up. Followed the positive review and went there for dinner. We’ve been allocated a table on the spot. The atmosphere was relaxing. The waitresses were so friendly and accommodating especially that lady with a short hair & a smiley face, sorry for not asking about your name despite asking you about the whole house lol :)!.
Catch of the day ( happens to be sea bass- just what I fancied all day!) with potato and vegs. While the starter was that yummy buffaloes mozzarella. Despite a tiny hiccup the overall experience that night was perfect ( extra credit to that lady waitress ;). We returned back the following morning for breakfast, after my parkrun. The dog was sooo excited too to see various dogs around 😄. Highly recommended place!
We came here for dinner on a Thursday in half term. There was a £15 for two courses menu which was quite good; my wife had the local catch which was smoked mackerel and excellent. Our waiting staff (esp Heidi) were very good with the children, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
Oh my gosh, what a restaurant!! Heidi was our server and she was so wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were all absolutely amazing, best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to dine with, and the food and cocktails are something else. If you are looking for a special place to eat and stop for a drink GO! I only wish we lived over that way to visit more as I was in heaven and they made our dogs Luna and Roo so welcome, Roo was thrilled that the lovely barman knew his name also haha, thank you so much for a special end to our trip x
The foods are amazing, very good portions for the price. Staff are super friendly. The place are clean and refreshing.
A brilliant lunch with some fantastic fresh sea food. As a special treat our anniversary was celebrated with a personalised message written in chocolate and ice cream! Friendly and efficient staff. It was busy so worth booking.
Oh my, one of the best meals! Clearly a popular spot so probably wise to book. Super friendly staff, speedy (but not rushed) service, and the freshest food. Just delicious. Everything coming past us to other tables looked incredible; we were not disappointed. Great menu with plenty of choice, using fresh, local produce.
And if you fancy a tipple you are in for another treat; we were well behaved today but will be all over those cocktails next time....
We had soft drinks, a main and a dessert each ( 2 adults) and the bill was £50. For what we ate, portion size, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere, this seems very reasonable. We will be back for sure!
