Absolutely fantastic! Never been before and man what an experience. The staff were so kind, and so knowledgeable about their allergens and intolerances. Nothing was too much for any of them and they made us feel welcome and even after we'd finished eating, we felt comfortable to just hang out and chat. What a wonderful environment and Russell who brought us our food and drink served us with a smile and was just delightful. Thank you so much, we will be coming back! Oh and the food was incredible

Coming here was a fantastic experience because we came out for a snack-out night and Russel honestly served us so good. I loved the waffles and the ice cream. Great customer service and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We came here for some snack out and fun night and I must confess that Russel was so nice to us and suggested some of their awesome crepes and waffles to us. We love every bit of it including the take away ice-creams. Great customer service and definitely gonna come back.

Didn't give 5 stars because the service could have been a bit better. One of the desserts was served about 5 minutes after the others but the food was all good with decent sized potions. I'd recommend the caramel sundae!

We had a wonderful experience at Creams today, where we indulged in their delicious waffles. The time spent there was truly enjoyable, and the service exceeded expectations. A special mention goes to Shah, whose service was accompanied by a warm and genuine smile. The waffles themselves were delightful, leaving me with no doubt that I'll be returning soon for more. Creams has surely won me over with their fantastic food and impeccable service.

We had a good time at Creams Cafe! My particular favourites, which provided a deliciously thick ice cream sensation, were strawberry and bubblegum. Typically, we order Sunday’s and specials. However it takes some time for the order to arrive, the staff's customer service may be get better. Despite the slightly higher prices, it's a nice place to spend time with family.
