I liked the coffee, atmosphere and sandwich but I think customer service could be a lot more better. Treat everybody the same not just because my skin colour is different from the one serving me... This is my point of view because I did not feel welcome when I visited... My honest review

his is the best Costa branch in Milton Keynes, mainly because of the upstairs area and the friendly staff. The staff know my order even before I ask, which is great as a regular customer. However, the upstairs area is often closed, which is a shame as the downstairs area is too small and cramped. I would love to be able to work on my laptop in peace upstairs, but that's only possible when the upstairs area is open, which is rare. Overall, I would still recommend this branch as the staff are nice and down-to-earth, unlike some of the other branches in Milton Keynes.
