Loaf & Bloom

Saw 2 pairs of boots on the New Look website that I wanted to try before I purchased. The shop was tidy and clearly marked so I knew as soon as I walked in that the shoes were all upstairs rather than wandering around searching for them. Found both pairs with ease and have purchased one, really happy with the look, fit, and quality of them. Staff members were easy to spot and those I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Only tiny gripe is that for the shoes I purchased my size (5) was on a very high shelf and pushed back against the wall. Thankfully my walking stick hooked them down!

Love the shoe department! I recently visited to collect some summer sandals I had ordered online. I had the same make last year so wanted a different colour in them this year, (as I have very wide, size 8 feet) it is nice to be able to get sandals that actually fit, as I do find it difficult to find any. The whole top floor of the store is a shoe department with a wide variety to choose from, including the wide fitting section. The ground floor is clothes, accesories etc. A good store for youngsters, but I do find woman of all ages shopping here.

Good sized store with plenty to choose from . The store was kept in a nice clean and straight manner which is hard for a store this size within a shopping centre. The staff were very friendly and happy to help how ever I think they could do with more staff being ready and available on the tills as the que was huge but was dealt with quickly and professional . Didn't get a chance to take a look upstairs at the other areas within the store but I imagine the standards were kept high through out
