Wolverton House Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery

We had a really lovely evening. It was made so much better because of the 2 members of staff, James and Lina. I had had an awful day and had a nightmare in the restaurant with one thing and another (all my doing). Both James and Lina rectified all the things that had gone wrong for me, with no fuss. I think the bad luck I had followed me around all day and they made, what could have been a disaster, a really pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thank you, James and Lina for rescuing me. Will definitely return, if they will let me, haha!

Had a lovely meal for my mum's birthday. Unfortunately there was a problem with the kitchen which meant that some foods were unavailable but this wasn't a problem as the manager Sherry helped my family with ordering and was very friendly. All staff were very pleasant and Sherry went above and beyond to help us.

Lovely bit of grub at the wolverton house today, we have been coming here through the years as it’s been a great place to take the kids time and time again. The food is great with lots of options and staff are friendly and welcoming! Our server Jo was a lovely woman and very friendly and talkative, which made our evening even more enjoyable! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Was greeted at the bar but there were no signs on entrance with instructions on where to wait or what to do so it was not clear until I was spoken to, I was seated in a really nice area and instructions on the online ordering process was very clear. There was however not the option to use a gift card online and no mention of alternative ways to pay in person. A nice meal although chips were not the hottest. Really nice surprise receiving a birthday card. Great service but was not made aware of where the toilets were located.

Really nice carvery on Sunday. All the staff were nice, esp the lady who managed to get us a table despite us not booking. Also the carvery server was very engaging. Didn't get his name sorry, but he was an Arsenal fan and had some good spirited fun with my son ( Spurs supporter ) and my son's friend who was wearing an arsenal top. Great Park out the back for children to play after dinner 👍

On my journey for a gluten free life style thought a simple carvery would help me worry less about restaurants I knew what I could and couldn't eat. as I always hated the thought of being an "awkward person". Honestly the best service ever the lady's were so lovely I had a fresh plate made up so no cross contamination. The chef was so nice came out and took my order. I had my own gluten free gravy. She even advised me to download an app and the staff was very educated on allergies and intolerances. I felt not so much as a pain. And I can't tell you I'm very grateful for making it an easy evening! It was the manager who dealt with us. So thank you and the staff
