Very busy pub for food. We had a pint or two out in the beer garden, enjoying the sunshine but ate inside. Cosy, quite buzzy bar. Dartmoor Legend and Exeter Brewery Avocet were very good. The menu is vast which is rarely a good sign and so it proved. A very dry pie with little flavour. The gravy added little besides lubrication.

This is a great pub with good food and great service. We have had a couple of meals here now with the family and nothing seems too much trouble from the staff here. Hope to be back soon.
