I’ve been wanting to come down and try this place for ages and today we finally found the time and it totally lived up to my expectations. I had the cockle popcorn and it was amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try some more
Really tasty and fresh - wonderful quality ingredients. All absolutely delicious; we ate everything on the menu. I loved the Fritto Misto - I have been completely converted to both sardines and whitebait but I could get to eat very much of it as my 6 year old kept pinching my food.
Generous portions and well worth the money. Wish it was on the doorstep!
Amazing find! Stumbled across this place when going to the playground and the atmosphere, smell and menu choices looked so enticing. Tried the Popcorn Gower cockles and they were amazing! Cooked to perfection. Worth the sneaky bite before going for dinner. If we didn't already have a reservation for dinner I would have happily had more of the other dishes there.
We visited you on the 1st day of our recent holiday in the area and enjoyed our food and the atmosphere so much that we returned for a 2nd time 2 round off our holiday. Food, prices, service and the environment are all AMAZING! Thank you for helping us make memories.

From the first sight of the chalk drawn sign we suspected we would love this place, and were not disappointed. Fresh seafood cooked to order, flavourful and in decent sized portions. We ordered a selection of five different dishes and a side of delicious skin on fries and that was plenty! Particular highlights were the spicy prawns, calamari and popcorn cockles, but everything was done really well and served with a smile. Would highly recommend!
Amazing spot, in the park right by the seaside, perfect for chilling. The seafood is really nice, with great options too. Reasonable priced too and not far from the car parks. We had the best time!
A great place to get lunch on a Mumbles day trip, especially on a sunny afternoon. Sweet chilli prawns and fritto misto we’re both great but the cockle popcorn is a revelation - a playful spin on a local favourite. Service was quick and friendly too.

Not your typical fish and chips - try their popcorn cockles, calamari & deep fried whitebait. Pair it with chips (sometimes they do sliced potatoes)

Was buzzing to come here as soon as I found it on Google Maps, firstly there's loads of massive picnic benches to sit on, most of which have parasols so it's perfect if it's sunny or even if it's raining. There's a lovely view over the sea as well. I couldn't believe how cheap the food was priced so I was massively spoiled for choice. The lady that runs the place was unbelievably lovely, she was an absolute pleasure to talk to and couldn't do more for us. I had the mixed option which is Fritto Misto and oh my god. I'd never had whitebait or cockles before and I am a convert. Lovely big portion filled me right up with a side of lovely sauce and fresh lemon, it was all cooked perfectly, hot and melt in your mouth fish in perfectly crisp batter that wasn't even a little bit greasy, it was the perfect texture. I didn't want the plate to end, the chef was absolutely lovely as well when we saw him! Cannot recommend this place enough, if the weather is terrible get a coat on and go and sit under the umbrella or under the huge gazebo that's there and treat yourself. Will definitely be coming back again!
I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Called for a quick bite for lunch on the last day of our break, having spotted them earlier in the week.

Awesome little seafood hut right by the bay! Calamari and cockles tasted amazing and fresh - the whole menu sounded and looked very appealing and I would have loved to try all of it!
Service very nice and welcoming.
