Lamb with shallots in brandy sauce with cauliflower bread pudding. With a medley of green vegetables and potatoes... excellent service from the ladies.

The restaurant is really nicely laid out, open and airy.
My friends and I opted for the lunch menu, and all of our meals were delicious. Risotto, Mackrell pate, sword fish....and the cheesecake was perfect to finish off the meal!!
The service was excellent too. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend it.

Absolutely the best place in Mumbles to eat. The food is exceptional and we had a fabulous lunch for 4 of us. It’s always busy there, which tells its own story, but the food never falls below top notch.

Had mushroom topped with leek and welsh rarebit to start. Absolutely stunning and nice and hot. For main had hake with asparagus, king prawn and cheese sauce which was delicious and cooked to perfection. All the side vegetables were beautiful too. Cannot fault any of it. Nicest meal I've had out in years!! Highly recommended and definitely go again 👍

My neighbours, family and I have visited here often and are really saddened at the idea it will change ownership .
We have always enjoyed perfect food and service here.
The only place I look forward to eating out because the food is proper food cooked properly also.

I’ve eaten at MK the George several times, the service and food is always outstanding. I’ve come over to leave a comment today after seeing on Walesonline the local authority had unfairly rated it a one star.
I’m pretty sure half the celebrities in Mumbles wouldn’t go there if this rating was warranted 👍

Excellent food, really good selection of vegan tapas options, although lacked a proper dessert option. Service was great and a lovely view out to sea.

A boy called Jacob served us. I could not have asked for any better service. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon. They also do half price drinks for happy hour on Fridays (5.30pm-6.30pm).
